Behind every great feast lies a story of heart and expertise. That of Gisèle Gauthier Traiteur is combined today with the journey of its owner, Éric Reynaud.

Originally from France and trained at hospitality school, Éric cut his teeth in renowned restaurants in Paris before falling for the charm of the Quebec metropolis. In 2000, he settled in Montreal and immediately plunged into the local gastronomic scene. After collaborating with Les Trois Brasseurs, he co-managed the restaurant Zyng, a contemporary spot renowned for its fusion cuisine. It was there that he refined his entrepreneurial vision and mastered the art of Quebec hospitality.

Building on this background, Éric chose to take over the reins of Gisèle Gauthier Traiteur, a well-established institution in the Montreal event scene. His ambition? To continue the company's precious heritage while infusing it with his personal touch, rigor, and creativity.
